Meet the Team – Misty Bayerl

Introducing Misty Bayerl, our Executive Assistant here at Jenesis.

Misty describes her role as part coordinator, part organizer, and full-time problem solver — ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Her day begins with communication, sorting through messages, and making sure schedules align so everyone has what they need to succeed.

But Misty’s work goes beyond emails and calendars. From podcasts to written content, she helps manage projects across departments, keeping processes on track and the team connected.

Looking ahead, Misty is excited to see Jenesis continue growing — welcoming new customers, expanding our digital offerings, and strengthening the sense of teamwork that makes Jenesis special. She’s passionate about supporting both her colleagues and clients, helping make life and business just a little easier for everyone.

Outside of work, Misty enjoys time with her husband and two teenage kids, often cheering them on at sporting events or spending the day outdoors. Whether gardening, tossing a football, or relaxing by one of Minnesota’s many lakes, she loves soaking up nature and family time.
