We have been very happy with the work Search Marketing Resource has done for us. Our organic rankings have improved tremendously. We also seen a great improvement in our activity on various pages of our site. But the most exciting thing is that we have seen a large increase in quoting. And not just local, but national.

The videos were also awesome – short and easy to understand, and I love how they would really tell you to pause the video and try it yourself. It really makes me excited to see how easy to navigate the system.

Such Great and Kind Comments from an Agent

Hi Eddie:

Good afternoon.  Thank you for your message.  My feedback regarding Jenesis is all good.  My personal trainer, Laura Bennett, is a “10”.  She’s fantastic! She’s a great listener and seems to have a very good sense about knowing the correct speed to get me through the lessons.  The training process has been seamless.  Starting with setting up my companies, then setting up types of coverage I typically sell, and adding policies.  It’s all been great! Very easy…very intuitive.  I really don’t have anything negative at all to say about the training process.  I’m very pleased with how it’s going. I think we’re just about to get into using the Jenesis program for marketing campaigns.  I look forward to that.

All-in-all, I’m very pleased with Jenesis.  It’s easy to use and I really like being able to adjust the dashboard for my needs.  I also like how the Acord Forms work together with the client.  Since my focus is primarily commercial insurance, it’s a nice feature.  Laura is helping me make some other tweaks to the program to make it easier to track broker fees vs. policy fees, and state taxes.  I realize that most of the agents that use Jenesis focus on personal lines, but it seems to work well for commercial business too.

In closing, for me, Jenesis is a nice upgrade from Agency Matrix, the agency management system I used to use.  I’ve only been using it for about a month now, but I’m already getting comfortable using it.  It’s first class! I can see that a lot of time and energy went into designing it.  I’m very pleased that I found Jenesis.  It’s money that’s well spent each month.
