Exciting New Features:
- We have added the options in Agency Settings to require the insured’s phone or email. Watch video.
- We have added “Print” and “Save to Media” buttons on the J-Rate returned quotes so that the user can print the list of returned rates or save the list to the client/policy media.” Watch video.
- Added an AI assistant when sending email from the company, client, or policy screen and under user preferences for email / text templates. Watch video.
- Added a check box under the Comment field on the Additional Insured entry form to Save as Certificate Holder when adding an additional insured to a commercial policy. Watch video.

All Other Feature

We have updated the layout of the additional insureds page so the zip code is before the city and state because the user can more easily just enter the zip code and the other fields will automatically complete.

Added the ability for a user to enter a statement date when importing a commission file if there is not a statement date in the file being imported.

When using the JenesisNow Rater, only the carriers activated for your agency will show when requesting a rate.
