Exciting New Features:

  • Custom Policy Field Filters – We’ve enhanced the Policy Detail Report with the ability to filter and select Custom Policy Fields. This gives you greater control over the data you need to see and makes reporting even more powerful. Watch video.
  • Grand Total on Policy Info – The Policy Info display just got smarter! We’ve added a new Grand Total field, which automatically calculates the sum of the Policy Premium, Fees, Taxes, and any selected custom fields—providing a clearer picture at a glance. Watch video.
  • Claims Dashboard Widget – Stay on top of claims with ease! Our new dashboard box brings claims front and center, giving you quicker insights and improved visibility into claim activity. Watch video.

All Other Feature

  • We have added a print button & time totals to the admin time clock section so that you can print a report of the time clock in the same place that you can make changes. Watch video.
  • We have added the ability to add a mortagee to the Add Company to Email lookup
  • We have added the ability to choose Personal Windstorm and Personal Builders Risk on the Acord 27 form.
  • We have improved the download client search function.
  • Receipts will now print the receipt date instead of the date the receipt was entered.
  • We have the added the ability to chose any location or all locations in the end of day tool.
  • Downloads will now automatically create and assign a company if a Policy is matched through the download.
  • For the Acord 24, if the insured is a business with a business name in JenesisNow, the business name will transfer to the Acord 24 rather then the first and last name of the person.
  • When renewing a policy using the renew policy button if the new effective date is today or in the past the status will be set to Active but if the date is in the future the status will be set to Pending Renewal.
  • Acord 27 will now populate property and coverage information for Windstorm policy types.
  • We have added Acord 137 Alabama to the Acord library.
  • We have added ACORD 50OK Oklahoma Owners Security Verification Form
  • We have added Acord 159 Schedule of Property Limits to the Acord library as a partial fill.
  • We have added Acord 50 WV
  • We have added the ability to print multiple certificates at the same time for multiple cert holders.
  • Added Dwelling as an option for subject of insurance and coverages for commercial property policies.
  • We have made some of the boxes on edit location collapse and expandable.
  • The Acord 27 will now bring over the mortgagee
  • Collaborated with Simple Easier Acord Forms to update Acord 125.
  • We have added the Acord 138 – Garage and Dealers for Pennsylvania as a partial prefill form.
  • Added a filter for policy tags, listing address, and listing label to the personal property detail report.
  • Changed the date on printed or emailed receipts to use the Receipt Date instead of the date entered.
  • Added the Acord 90 MO form.
  • April 2025 Acord Updates
  • We have removed the popup for options on the Receipts screen to optimize flow. Print layout options for Receipts are next to the Print button. Names displayed are chosen based on Personal or Commercial line of business for receipts on a policy.
  • We’ve updated the description of the UMUIM coverage for auto policies on new policies and in the defaults setup.
  • We have added Line of Business as a filter option on the Policy Dashboard cards.
  • We have added Acord 90OH.
  • We have reorganized the buttons on the Invoice popup display. Information has been added for two new features (Repeat and Schedule).
